Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific product.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all filters, membranes, installation hardware, and manuals to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify it has not been installed or damaged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
